Born in Arequipa, Peru, graduated with honor from the "Colegio Juana Cervantes de Bolognesi", in Arequipa, Peru. B.S. from the Northern Virginia Community College and B.A. Commercial Arts. Graduated as Paralegal from the International Institute, in Mclean, Virginia, Certified Notary Public for the state of Virginia. EXPERIENCE Over ten years of experience in the immigration field Ms. Valdivia currently performs work for our international and corporate clientele. She is responsible for coordinating all family based and employment based cases as well litigation cases and all immigrant and non immigrant visa petitions. Ms. Valdivia works closely with the firm's Senior Attorneys in connection with complex immigration issues that require intensive research, analysis, writing, and strategizing. In addition, Ms. Valdivia performs basic accounting and managerial tasks. Ms. Valdivia is fluent in Spanish, conversational Portuguese and Italian. |
